Safety Minute - March 14, 2025

We often use liquid nitrogen (aka LN2) to cool mid-IR detectors in our lab. LN2 has a boiling point of 77K, posing a serious safety hazard if it comes into contact with you! See the file below for some safety tips for dealing with cryogenic materials.
